While refurbishing their properties, Park Grand Hotels Group were seeking to integrate new digital touchpoints without disrupting guest experiences.
Working with design agency Culture-A, Whatever Together developed a technology roadmap for the hotel group. The studio ran evaluations with staff and guests to understand how digital systems should work alongside the new interiors and service model.
The result: a phased implementation plan that prioritised the most valuable digital interventions, including check-in systems, guest services and F&B.
