WHAT IS IT?

Asset Manager Quest is a satirical retro arcade game from Serious People designed to draw attention to company abrdn's Fossil Fuel Investment strategy. Players are invited to assume the role of @abrdn.plc’s CEO and make difficult decisions including: Give yourself a massive bonus or invest in a habitable earth? Asset Manager Quest has been created in response to the urgency of the climate crisis and to highlight the critical role investors play.

WHAT WE DEVELOPED

Whatever Together designed and built the hardware and structure for the wearable arcade machine and integrated the game software. The game needed to be light and portable so it could be played on the street outside abrdn's HQ.
